PAYER must be the room occupant | Reservation must be done under his name.

IN CASE OF COVERAGE, payer must provide:

• Debit authorization duly completed & signed.
• Copy of identity card.
• Proof credit card belongs to payer.

FLEXIBLE RATE means reservation is cancellable without charge until 24H before the arrival time (check-in: 3PM). Beyond this period, in case of late cancellation, the first night is charged. This is the reason why we PRE-AUTHORIZE the amount of the first night on your credit card. The total amount of your stay is payable at your arrival.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE means reservation is non-cancellable, non-exchangeable & non-refundable regardless of any cancellation reason. The total amount of the stay is charged upon receipt of the reservation.

GROUP CONDITIONS: From 3 rooms, 50% payable while booking & non-refundable.  50% payable one month before arrival & non-refundable. If booking scheduled less than a month before group arrival: 100% payable while booking & non-refundable.

CHECK IN: 3 PM. No early check-in.

CHECK OUT: 11 AM. No late check-out.

Rooms photos are not contractual as we show you a category of room and not a special room.

FOR LEGAL & SECURITY REASONS:

Single room: 1 occupant only.

Double room: 2 occupants only.

Triple room: 3 occupants only.

Quadruple room: 4 occupants only.

*Children under 3 are considered as an occupant.
